Terms of Service
By engaging Scribe & Simplify for your home organization and labeling needs, you're agreeing to a collaboration rooted in respect and creative excellence. We're here to curate your space, and these terms ensure our process stays as beautiful as our script.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Life happens! We get it. However, because our bespoke labeling and staging preparations begin days in advance, we require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. Need to push your session back? We'll do our best to accommodate your new timeline, but please be aware that late changes may incur a small restocking fee for prepared materials.
Handling of Personal Items
Will we treat your home like our own? Absolutely. Our consultants are trained in the art of mindful handling. While we take every precaution with your belongings, Scribe & Simplify cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage discovered during the decluttering process. We ask that high-value heirlooms or fragile antiques be identified prior to our arrival so we can provide them with extra-special care.
- Consultations are billed as flat-rate creative sessions.
- Personalized calligraphy labels are non-refundable once the ink has dried.
- Final payment is due upon completion of the artful staging.
